Also if we blacklist phone by IEMI number with phone companies it means phone can never be traced (not that it seems to matter if only police could find in but wont!) but if we black list and sometime later it was found or returned could she have it re instated to use as a phone or not?
Is there anyway for her to get data on it using just the IEMI number???
